Details about the piece of jewelry

The snowflake obsidian beads (Mexico, Class 5A) have a diameter of approximately 8 mm. The typical gray inclusions are reminiscent of snowflakes, making each piece unique. The contrast between deep black and crystalline gray gives the bracelet an expressive yet harmonious character.
All metallic elements are made of brass with a high-quality rhodium plating. This refined finish offers a shine brighter than silver or stainless steel and impresses with its exceptional resistance to abrasion, tarnishing, and wear.
The bracelet is handmade, has a secure lobster clasp, and can be worn with dark clothing or as an eye-catcher with neutral outfits.
The model shown has a length of approximately 20.5 cm and is suitable for a wrist of approximately 18 cm. The bracelet can be made in other sizes upon request.

Special features of the stone

Snowflake obsidian belongs to the natural glass family and is of volcanic origin. It consists primarily of silicon dioxide with inclusions of magnetite and hematite. It is characterized by the white to gray flecks of cristobalite (a polymorphic quartz) that appear like snowflakes in the black base material, giving it its name.
