This website is operated by Angie Rosell-Fischer. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, “my” refer to Angie Rosell-Fischer.

My online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides me with the e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you are of legal age and have given me your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

I am not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information.

In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices, as I operate under the small business regulation.

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.

I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

§5 – Products and Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to my return policy.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Gemstones are natural products – therefore, variations in color, shape, and texture are normal.

I reserve the right to limit the sales of my products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. I also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered, and to discontinue any product at any time.

I do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.

§6 – Billing and Account Information

I reserve the right to refuse any order. At my sole discretion, I may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing and/or shipping address.

In the event of a change or cancellation of an order, I will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your account so I can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

§7 – Third-Party Tools

I may provide you with access to third-party tools over which I have neither control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that I provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or representations of any kind. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure you are familiar with the terms on which they are provided by the relevant third-party providers.

Any new services or features added in the future will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, shipping, or availability.

§18 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Jurisdiction is Erlangen, Germany.

I am neither obligated nor willing to participate in any dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
