Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Section 312g (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers have a legal right to withdraw from distance contracts (concluded by email, phone or online) or contracts concluded outside of business premises.
If you exercise this right within 14 days of your purchase, the contract is no longer binding. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To complete your return, please fill out the withdrawal form.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Discounted or sale items
Warranty
My jewelry pieces come with a 12-month contractual warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects or abnormal wear of mechanical components, such as:
- clasps (lobster clasps, spring ring clasps)
- jump rings / connector rings
- pins, wires, or similar structural elements
- What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
- natural wear of gold plating or rhodium plating caused by friction, skin acidity, or humidity
- breakage resulting from snagging, pulling, or impact
- contact with unsuitable substances (perfume, creams, cleaning agents, wet wipes, chlorinated water, etc.)
- improper storage that may cause oxidation or deformation
- choosing a size that is unsuitable or too tight for the wearer
If you experience a malfunction or breakage, please contact me by email and send clear, detailed photos of the item. After assessment, I will offer you either a repair, or a replacement, or a refund (if repair or replacement is not possible), depending on the situation.
Return shipping costs are covered by me. You will receive a prepaid return label along with instructions by email. The return must be made within five business days after receiving the label.
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your returned item, I will notify you by email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Then contact your bank – processing times can take several days

Important note
I operate under the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG). Therefore, no VAT is charged and none can be refunded.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the entire order is cancelled. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless under warranty.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original buyer, who will be informed of the return.
