Shipping costs

Within Germany, the shipping fee is free.

For France and other European countries, the shipping fee is €6.90.
Orders over €60 also qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

In Germany, delivery is handled by Hermes Germany GmbH, with a guaranteed delivery time of two business days.

In Europe, delivery generally takes less than six business days.

Please note that delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. I cannot be held liable for delays in delivery.

Shipping countries

We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

The shipping conditions stated on the website (delivery times, shipping costs, free shipping threshold) apply exclusively to these countries.

For deliveries to other EU countries, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States, please contact us before placing your order via the contact form to receive a personalized offer.

Customs information

No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union.

However, deliveries to non-EU countries – such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the United States – may be subject to customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking or to purchase shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Unless under warranty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is covered under warranty, a return label and detailed instructions will be sent to you by email.
