A delicate necklace made of 18-karat gold-plated chain with a handcrafted pendant made of reddish-brown bull's eye stone. The irregular shape of the stone bead and its gentle shimmer give the piece an elegant, boho-chic touch.

Details about the piece of jewelry

This short and delicate necklace consists of a fine anchor chain (approx. 2 mm) and is adorned with a small, irregularly shaped bull's eye pendant.
The natural stone comes from Brazil (quality 5A) and shows a warm color gradient from brown to red.
With a size of approximately 8 x 7 mm, the pendant is subtle and sophisticated.
All metallic elements are made of 18-carat gold-plated brass.

Special features of the stone

Bull's eye belongs to the microcrystalline quartz family. It consists of silicon dioxide and also contains quartz, amphibole, and hematite. It was formed through hydrothermal processes: the originally fibrous mineral crocidolite was gradually replaced by quartz. This transformation explains the characteristic shimmer and iridescent depth of bull's eye. In contrast to the golden-yellow tiger's eye, the reddish-brown color of bull's eye is due to the higher temperatures during formation.
