Filigree gold-plated short necklace with labradorite

This delicate necklace combines faceted labradorite beads with the refined sheen of gold-plated elements. The piece is delicate and light, exuding natural elegance with a touch of boho style.

Details about the piece of jewelry

The necklace is made of faceted labradorite beads from Madagascar (class 4A) with a diameter of approximately 2 mm. The beads are gray-green in color with subtle bluish reflections that change slightly depending on the light.
A small handmade charm complements the design and adds extra shine.
All metal parts are made of high-quality 18-carat gold-plated brass.
The chain measures approximately 39.5 cm and has a 2 cm extension for individual adjustment.
The small size of the individual elements makes the piece of jewelry unobtrusive and at the same time elegant, a fine accent for everyday life and special moments.

Special features of the stone

Labradorite belongs to the feldspar mineral family. It consists of sodium and calcium aluminosilicates with traces of iron. Its characteristic, metallic iridescence, with its blue and green effects, is created by a physical phenomenon called labradorescence. This light interference occurs beneath the surface and gives the stone its unique depth.
